JMRV Serviced Apartments are supervised by a registered nurse and staffed by trained and experienced personal care assistants, activity officer and catering personnel. They offer a comprehensive suite of services to address every need of their residents for one all-inclusive service fee.

Three home-style meals plus morning tea are provided every day by our chefs. Meals may be enjoyed in the newly-constructed community dining room or, in the warmer months, at our beautiful sandstone paved alfresco area. Should residents prefer to enjoy a sleep-in, they can always prepare a light breakfast in their in-room kitchenette.

Other facility and services provided as part of the residency fee include:

• Full weekly laundry service including washing and ironing
• Weekly domestic cleaning service
• On-call in-house emergency call system manned 24/7
• All building and grounds maintenance
• Water and energy (gas and electricity) usage costs
